'starting with basic grammar' is not connected to 'school'. I thing you meant to connect it to a word like 'education'or to add a qualifier before 'starting with...'.
For example: 'Go back to school. Start with a course in basic grammar.' or 'You illiterates need to learn how to write. Begin with a basic course in grammar skills.'
