Foxy Brown -- real name: Inga Marchand -- was as sent to jail Wednesday morning by a Manhattan judge after violating the terms of her probation. The 27-year-old rapper will remain in jail until her next hearing, which is scheduled for Sept. 7 in New York.The violation stems from two incidents: Brown's recent arrest for allegedly assaulting her neighbor with a Blackberry and leaving New York jurisdiction without permission.
If you're one for heresay, Brown's incarceration couldn't come at a more inopportune time. According to a New York Post columnist, she told customers in a Bed Bath & Beyond earlier this month that she was "getting married" and "pregnant."
