It's been more than 10 years since the Notorious B.I.G.'s untimely death and questions, not to mention numerous conspiracy theories, still remain about the what went down the night of March 9, 1997. Now, a key witness in Biggie's murder trial is speaking out. Former R&B artist Waymond Anderson, currently serving a life sentence for an unrelated murder case, is conceding that during his testimony, he lied about the involvement of two members of the Los Angeles police department in the rapper's murder. According to his deposition, Anderson originally fingered former officers Rafael Perez and David Mackin to receive a portion of the settlement from B.I.G.'s family and their lawyer.
"I don't know David Mack, I don't know Rafael Perez," Anderson said in the deposition reported in the Los Angeles Times on Wednesday. "It was a lie, and I'm ashamed of it." Read the full story.

No but seriously ppl needs to start speaking up,not being affraid, and know what the difference between "snitching" and telling the truth is!

It really is ashamed that Biggie's murder is still not solved. One of the other writers over at Highbrid Nation wrote a really insightful peice asking whether this is another case of the ridiculous "snitching" code of the streets that has gone so wrong.
The whole thing really angers me
