Diddy's Accuser Requests That the Mogul Not Be Jailed

The man who accused Sean 'Diddy' Combs of assaulting him at SoHo hot spot, Kiosk, has requested that the hip-hop mogul not be jailed. Steven Acevedo told police early Sunday morning that Combs punched him in the face following an argument over an unknown woman. Diddy is rumored to be dating Acevedo's ex-girlfriend.

Combs' lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, and police sources have alluded to the possibility of a settlement. Acevedo's lawyer, Mark Heller, insists that his client is not looking to cash in, adding that Acevedo "is not a vindictive, meanspirited individual" and "is not motivated to propel Sean Combs into jail." Diddy has not been arrested, but could face a third-degree misdemeanor assault charge if further legal action is taken.

It sounds to me like Diddy thinks he can assault anyone he pleases. There have been a lot of reports on him for this kind of thing. He needs to be stopped.
