It looks like former R&B sensation Brandy was cut a break. The songstress will not face charges in connection with a fatal December 2006 car crash.
Brandy was driving on a Los Angeles freeway last year when her Land Rover smashed into the back of a Honda, causing multiple collisions. Awatef Aboudihaj, a 38-year-old wife and mother, died in the accident.
According to spokesman Nick Velasquez, there was "insufficient evidence" to prosecute Brandy with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. But the singer is still facing a $50 million wrongful death suit filed by the family of Aboudihaj. Read the full story.
