According to Eminem's publicist, fans of the sometimes twisted [see 'Guilty Conscience' and '97 Bonnie and Clyde'] Detroit emcee will have to wait a bit longer to read his upcoming memoir, 'Eminem: The Way I Am,' which will feature unseen pictures of the rapper, art, lyrics and notes from his journals. Early reports claimed the book was due to hit stores on October 16, but Em's rep, Dennis Dennehy, is setting the record straight. Dennehy blames the erroneous information on the UK publisher, Orion Books.
"It's unfortunate that someone who does not have intimate knowledge of the book felt compelled to jump the gun on announcing it by delivering partial and inaccurate information," Dennehy said in a statement. There's no word when the rapper's memoir will hit shelves.
