The Game Begins 60-Day Jail Sentence

The Game turned himself in to Los Angeles police Sunday night to begin serving his 60-day jail sentence for a felony charge of possession of a firearm in a school zone.

The rapper, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, pleaded no contest to the felony weapons charge last month, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, three years probation and 150 hours of community service.

The rap star was accused of pointing a gun at another player during a basketball game at the Rita Walters Educational Learning Complex in South Los Angeles last year.

According to reports, Taylor got into an altercation with a player on the opposing team and pulled a gun from his Cadillac Escalade.
