Some artists treat music as therapy, so when they find themselves going through a difficult time in their life they head straight to the studio. Is this the case with R. Kelly? The talented/embattled singer's child pornography case is set to begin next month, but that hasn't stopped Kelly from prepping a new album. The singer is set to release '12 Play: Fourth Quarter' this summer. Kelly made the announcement, which has been confirmed by his record label, in his verse on the remix of Mariah Carey's 'Touch My Body.'
Kelly was slapped with child pornography charges in 2002 for allegedly videotaping himself having sex with a minor. If convicted, the 'R' in R&B could face up to 15 years in prison.
