Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon Share Wedding Details, Photos

After what seemed like a quickie, impulse wedding in the Bahamas, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are sharing the details of their private nuptials. "We really do feel we are soulmates," Carey tells PEOPLE. "I never felt a love like this was in the cards for me." The couple discuss their brief courtship and April 30 ceremony in the magazine's new issue.

This is the second marriage for the 38-year-old diva, who was married to music mogul Tommy Mottola from 1993 to 1998. Cannon was engaged to Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks, but the couple called off the engagement in October 2007.

The R&B diva's surprise union has created much media buzz, including a segment on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show.' The talk show host and media mogul admits to being stunned by news of Carey's wedding, but confessed that the singer did tell her about a tattoo on her back that reads: "Mrs. Cannon."

Why don't you all STOP HATING and start CONGRATULATING. It's none of your business who Mariah Carey marries or wants to marry, she's a grown woman and can make her own decisions. And all you who say Nick Cannon is ugly and poor, oh puhlease he looks way better than you and makes way more money than you do. So, don't be mad because he has Mariah. LoL..

I am for anybody that wants to share any time together, be it short term or long term. Nobody knows how long we have on this earth so you might as well live for the the moment. There is so much hate and jealousy in this world. I am happy for the couple. And if you are reading this. Good Luck!!!! Alot of wedding Bliss. I'M FOR ANYONE WHO GET'S MARRIED BUT MARRIAGE IS SUPPOSED TO BE SACRED AND THESE CELEBRITIES CHANGE WIVES AND HUSBANDS THE WAY THE CHANGE THEIR UNDERWEAR. YOU ARE SOPPOSED TO STAY MARRIED UNTIL YOU HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO MAKE IT WORK, THE MARRIAGES DON'T LAST LONG BECAUSE THEY DON'T YAKE THE TIME TO GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER.
