Xzibit Mourns the Passing of Newborn Son

West Coast rapper Xzibit was overjoyed less than two weeks ago when he announced the birth of his newborn son, Xavier Kingston Joiner. Just 11 days after the happy news, the rapper is mourning the death of his son, who died early Monday morning. X informed his fans of his loss on his MySpace blog. "This week was extremly difficult for him because his lungs were not strong enough to handle regular oxygen on his own," the rapper explained. "Xavier passed away this morning at 3:30am and I must tell you this, It is unatural for a parent to bury a child."

X went on to tell fans that he's going to take some time to deal with the sudden death of his son. In the meantime, the rapper is set to appear in the upcoming 'X-Files' film.

Hi X,I just wanted to give my condolences. I have 3 children and a beautiful 3 year old granddaughter and I dont know what I would do if I lost either of them. My dad,whose is a rev always told me that God has a plan for everything and not to question him but sometimes,ITS HARD NOT TO! This news is very upsetting and babies are precious blessings.He was angel here on earth and he definately is an ANGEL up there. :-) I really hope the media lets your family mourn in peace. My heart goes out to you and your wife and I will keep you in my prayers.

Hey X I just wanted to so sorry to hear about your loss and you are in my prayers. I have two my self and I think that it takes a very strong person to cope with that kind of pain. Your a awsome guy so hang in there and put everything in gods hands.
