David Banner turned into the incredible hulk in our Los Angeles studio and ran through each performance with unrivaled energy. "If ya'll wonder after ya'll saw this AOL show why David Banner ain't on no tour, I'm not on no tour 'cause the headliner always get mad cause he know I'm better than he is, and I look better. Look at me! I'm ravishing. I'm way past dashing now," the rapper jokes. After his high voltage performances, the often underrated southern rapper sat down and discussed his hometown, hurricane Katrina and his upcoming album, due in stores July 15, which he assures is 'The Greatest Story Ever Told.'
"I did this album like a mountain. My mentor said even if your album is up here and it stays at the top, it's still going to be boring to people. You have to have peaks and valleys." Not only does Banner's new project have "peaks and valleys," but the album also has a slew of superstar collaborations, including guest spots by Chris Brown, Snoop Dogg, Akon and Lil Wayne.
