Some of the hottest acts in music will take the stage when the fifth annual Fashion Rocks special airs on CBS this fall. Beyonce, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Justin Timberlake, Black Eyed Peas, and slew of other big names are slated to will takeover New York's Radio City Music Hall in the name of fashion.

"'Fashion Rocks' uniquely celebrates the intersection of two of the most sexy cultural paradigms, fashion and music," Richard Beckman, president of Conde Nast Media Group, said in a statement.

The, which is set to air on CBS on September 9, will celebrate the relationship between fashion and music.
