'Raising Hell,' by Run-DMC
In the mid-'80s, Run-DMC were already household names in their hometown of Queens, New York, thanks to 'It's Like That' and the title track of their sophomore effort, 'King of Rock.' By the time the trio released 'Raising Hell,' kids around the globe strolled down the street rocking Adidas without the laces. It was the beginning of a global appreciation for the new genre of music.
