Solange Slams Fox Anchor

In an effort to keep her family's personal life, well, personal, Solange lashed out at a Las Vegas daytime Fox entertainment news correspondent and in turn confirmed her famous sis' marriage to Jay-Z by repeatedly calling the hip-hop mogul her "brother-in-law." We safely assume Beyonce's lil sis wants to avoid being linked to her more famous sibling as she attempts to promote her new album and Solange's response to the interviewer's introduction and off camera comment proves that the singer means business.

Solange, You played yourself and you need to learn the workings of the business and learn some professionalism before you make ignorant comments. Your communication skills, attitude and singing skills can all use a tune up. Grow up little girl!

I totally agree with you. I believe that her new video reminds me a lot of Beyonce. If she doesn't want to be linked to her sister, she should probably get rid of all of the things that are like her sister (ex. big weave, heels, old style dress, R&B soul old school feel). Hell, they already look alike. How individual did she think she was going to be? On top of that, I'm not impressed by her music. That's the killer! How are you going to have an attitude when your performance doesn't back it up? At least be a diva that deserves to be a diva!

Wow, that's not a good look. Not only did she start the interview off BEING unprofessional while trying to check someone else on being "unprofessional," she didn't even take the time to find out whether it aired live. On top of that, if Beyonce and Jay-Z have been saying that they are "friends" and not confirming the relationship/marriage, why would her sister put her out there like that? THEN why would she NOT expect to be linked to her sister?! C'mon now. It's a given. When you're someone famous sister, you should expect that treatment. I think she should have a long talk with Janet Jackson or Tony Rock to learn what it's like to be famous and EMBRACE a famous relative.

I saw the interview, and I was upset at the fact that Solange had no manners and did not apologize to the lady anchor, for her out burst concerning mrs Beyonce and her brother in law. For someone tying to start her music career, she should have started on a better note. Lets just say I will not be supporting her cd.

Solange, honestly, this is the real world. People are going to ask questions, be they ones you like or dislike, they are going to ask, it comes with the business. I can understand you not wanting to be known as Beyonce's little sister, however, it makes no sense for you to become rude when people "TIE YOU IN WITH THEM", after all, aren't they the reason you are making it in the business in the first place?! Just be a lady and go with the flow.

I have to agree with everyone else! This girl has a tremendous attitude! I will NOT buy her cd now nor ever! She had such an arrogant way about her! I am a big beyonce and jay-z fan as i am sure a lot of people are but now definitly not a Solange fan!

For someone who doesn't want to be compared with her sister, her video reminds me of ''Dreamgirls'' starring Beyonce....

Solange sounded rude and ignorant, maybe she would have had a chance if she was more grateful to her sister, probably would have never been discovered otherwise.

Flash in the pan little no talent. To the people defending her; I respect assertiveness too, but that should never be confused with rudeness, arrogance or simple bitchiness. This girl is not 'famous'. She is a feserting pimple on the butt of her sister that needed lancing. I have seen the Lohan sister, the Simpson sister and now the Knowles sister and in the race of shadowed siblings, this one is coming in dead last. Bad attitude, bad sound, bad girl.
