Lil Wayne, Ghostface Killah to Perform at 'Hip Hop Honors'

Lil Wayne, Ghostface Killah, Bun B, Scarface, Wyclef Jean and Q-Tip, who was honored in 2006 along with A Tribe Called Quest, have been tapped to perform at VH1's fifth annual 'Hip Hop Honors' special.

This year's concert will honor De La Soul, Too $hort, Naughty By Nature, Cypress Hill and Slick Rick with performances by the aforementioned artists as the network celebrates 30 plus years of hip-hop and its pioneers. Tracy Morgan returns as host of the special event, which will air on October 7.
