Kanye West has teamed with Comedy Central and comedian/TV host Jimmy Kimmel for a project that's being described as "hip-hop meets the Muppets." West and Kimmel's Jackhole production company have already filmed the pilot for the sketch comedy show, which is tentatively titled 'Alligator Boots.' According to recent reports, West and fellow Chicago rapper Rhymefest act as executive producers of the show, which is under consideration for 2009. 'Alligator Boots' will also feature music produced and performed by the rappers. West hosts the pilot, but the plan is to have a different celebrity stand in as guest host for every episode, a la 'Sesame Street.'

Wonderful. A low talented, egotistical, blowhard is going to pollute the airwaves with his brain in puppetry of the idiot. Great. He may surprise me & it might be decent to good. If so, it sure ain't because of his record in his rap/hip hop stuff. It isn't even the best in that genre.
