With just 12 days before Election Day, Jay-Z, an avid Barack Obama supporter, and Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James are teaming up to encourage early voting, which has already begun in many states. In an effort to get people revved up and ready to hit the polls, the pair will host the free "Last Chance For Change" rally and concert at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland on October 30.The hip-hop mogul recently traveled to Detroit and Miami to perform at two free concerts promoting voter registration. Last week, Jay made news when he dedicated his Grammy-winning song '99 Problems' to Republican Presidential candidate John McCain and running mate Sarah Palin.
