Diddy Lands Guest Spot on CSI: Miami

Looking to add another acting gig to his resume, hip-hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs will make a special guest appearance on 'CSI: Miami.' According to media reports, Diddy will star in a two-episode run early next year on the CBS program playing the role of a federal prosecutor who clashes with David Caruso's character, Lt. Horatio Caine.

Diddy's appearance on 'CSI: Miami' follows a multi-arc of appearances made by St. Louis rapper Nelly, who has appeared on the show several times this year. Diddy made his acting debut in 2001 with the movie 'Made' and was seen earlier this year in the television adaptation of the Broadway hit, 'A Raisin in the Sun.'

Mr. "Diddy" will no doubt be cast as the "KooL", arrogant business type who, of course, sneers most the time and (naturally) won't have many lines ,to hide his mumbling. He'll wear the cheesy looking tailored suits he usually favors and the requisite sunglasses in order to "enhance" his character. Oh wait; the cheesy suit and the sunglasses ARE his "character". Nice going, "Diddy", what's your name going to be next week?

Wow, that's crazy that there is so much venom against Sean Combs, I don't recall seeing him in any acting parts aside from catching a few minutes of his reality show...I didn't like that show, but I usually don't like reality shows; anyway, what would his being arrogant have to do with his acting? Most of those shows are a tad mellow dramatic anyway so he would fit right in And I am a Miami and Vegas fan. And what's up with the Delco hate? I love Delco...but then I am a Roswell fan. Chill out folks, life is too short to hate on people you don't even know!

Diddy on CSI Miami, big deal so he can't act but he can definatley sing, CSI should allow him to sing for the show and let it stop there. H and the cast are great what's the need to add him to the show? I guess they need somebody to go against H.
