'Daddy's Little Girls' Break Out on Their Own

They've been showcasing their lives for the last five years on the popular television show 'Run's House' and, now, MTV has decided to give Vanessa and Angela Simmons -- the daughters of hip-hop legend Rev. Run -- their own spinoff dubbed 'Daddy's Little Girls.'

Starting January 2009, the Simmon's girls leave New York for good and start their lives in their new home, Los Angeles.

Vanessa and Angela Simmon's own the female footwear collection Pastry and they're relocating to Los Angeles will include the launch of a new retail location. Daddy's Little Girls will follow the daily lives of the Simmon's girls, and their cousin Jessica and friend Aleicia.

The premiere show for "Daddy's Little Girls" is scheduled for January 5.

Run DMC has earned their mark in the entertainment business. And it was done earnestly and by way of hard work. I understand that I don't know these girls personally, but I get a certain amount of FAKENESS out of Vanessa-wanna-be-Paris Hilton. I'm not buying it guys. Entertainment is entertainment, but I'm not sure this show is going to do that. Television for the young, old and in-between is becoming.....repetitious and boring and unhealthy.

Sorry Run's girls....I wanna see you being yourselves and a little more inspirational to others... if you wanna make your money right and feel good about it.

It's the possesive form "their." Also bummber the title plays on Tyler Perry's movie, Daddy's Little Girls...I thought it was the sisters from his movie...
