T-Pain Loses Teeth in Golf Cart Accident

Rapper-turned-singer T-Pain has allegedly been in a golf cart accident, forcing Pain to miss his scheduled appearance on Lil Wayne's "I Am Music" tour in San Jose, Calif. this past weekend.

The golf cart debacle left Pain with cuts and bruises on his face, and he lost at least four teeth, according to reports. Due to the unfortunate incident, the "Ringleader" was also unable to appear in the video for Lil' Kim's new single, 'Download,' which features Pain.

Bad week for T-Pain and rappers with "Lil" in their names. Kim claims that Pain will still make it into her video, though. "We've gotta wait until he heals and gets better," the Queen Bee said. "So, to my boy T-Peezy, 'Get better baby. We can't wait to see you.'"

There's a Teeth-Pain joke in here, but we're not going to make it. Buy that man a drink.

p.s., my son has been writing his feelings on paper since he was 11 years old, the child of divorced parents. If I DO say so myself, he turned out dam* good! (he also went to a VERY good college, with two degrees/business & finance). Poetry and rapping is an art form and way of expressing oneself. He's not covered in tattoos, doesn't smoke, dresses nicely and has great taste and is VERY respectful to girls and especially to ME, his MOM. I am very proud of him. I am also his #1 fan. (like an adorable Robin Thicke who raps!) If he ever wanted to quit his day job in the event he "makes" it in the music/rap busienss, I will be there 100% to suppport him. I go to almost ALL his shows and the girls LOVE him. I won't post his web-site on here because of all you "haters" but just know not to put "all rappers or hip hop" into one clump and judge them; each person is unique and special in their own way; every person was raised in a different set of circumstances; don't judge others. Everyone has special talents and more power to the ones who make it in the industry that makes them a lot of money and recognition for their gift. p.s., remember, it's YOUR kids that are buying their music and going to their concerts!! So, deal with it. Rap and hip hop is here to stay!! Signed: A vegan Caucasian white rapper's proud momma!

The people that make rude racist comments: Let's start here: when you "lose" something, it is "lose", not "loose something". The stone in your ring is "loose", not "lose". Do a spell check or pick up a dictionary. So, someone is not a "looser," they would be a "loser". Rap is a form of poetry; if you choose not to define a rapper as a "musician"; that is your choice. I am also a white female who loves all types of music including rap, hip hop, reggae and dance hall, r & b, gospel, current and past rock and roll, etc. My Caucasian son has been writing poems & sings & is now backed & rapping with a wonderful black group of musicians who are extremely talented. He just won a radio contest and opened for the actor & rapper/poet COMMON. Common is classy, talented, and we took photographs. BTW, my son is college educated~with a full time wonderful job and a gorgeous girlfriend. Behind your computer screen it is easy but cowardly to insult and laugh at someone who was in an "accident" and lost their teeth. He is considered talented enough to be well known, very wealthy and has a lot more money than most of you will ever see or dream of (unless you hit the lotto) in your lifetime. . Shame on all of you for your racist comments.

I love T-Pain and his music. To everyone that doesn't like it,it's a free country and don't listen to it. He is not a thug,he is an inspiration. And before some people start throwing around the race comments,i'm a 38 year old "white woman" that owns two businesses and has been married to a wonderful "white man" for eight years and have two beautiful children,we live in a lily white suburb and all we listen to is hip-hop music because that is what we like, our daughter and son listen to rock and alternative as well as hip-hop. So if you don't like the music change the channel and if you click on a story about something you don't like then just hit the back button but apparently alot of the people have nothing better to do than sit around complaining on the message boards because no one in their lives want to hear them complain.

No... what's a shame is that half of you commenting negatively dont even know how to use your spellcheck button. ZIf you don't like rap don't listen to it. Do you know how these people live behind closed doors? I doubt it very seriously. Half of you are probably using your employers computers to type the ignorant things you're saying. Get off the net and worry about your own lives ...and for all of you using the word "teef" it says a lot about your level of intelligence. I hope the man heals real soon.....

The term is used very loosely, but I think the idea is that these writers don't want to appear racist by calling them what they really are: Rappers. They don't report anything good these folks do, so we don't know if they all they do is screw up.
It gives musicians that have actually practiced an actual instrument for 20 years a bad name.
They listed Freddie Hubbard as a "jazz" musician, but if they knew anything about him as an artist, they would know that he hated to be called a "jazz musician". He was a musician/ composer who played all genres of music. The writers had no problem being specific about him, why the general approach describing an idiot with a mic? Mos Def is a lyricist/ rapper who is musical. And great! But, if he doesn't play an instrument (nit sure if he does or not), he is not a musician.

What the Hell is a rapper doing on a golf cart? Guess someone said let's go to the club. Instead of someone grap a club.
