Atlanta-based rapper Soulja Boy Tell 'Em is known for his fun-nature songs and antics, but when it comes to the Chris Brown and Rihanna alleged altercation, he's all business. The 19-year-old rapper, who is a former tour mate of both performers, said that he was shocked when he heard of the news. "[Chris] needs to be focused on fixing himself right now and fixing the relationship. I don't know what went wrong or what happened exactly, but I couldn't be more shocked," he said in an interview at the Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards on Saturday.
"Both of them are my friends and I wish both of them the best of luck. They were really good together and it is sad that it happened. It came out of nowhere. I would have never seen that coming. It is not like him at all. Not his nature."
Soulja Boy went on to note that the couple' s popularity has made it harder to go through such an ordeal in the public eye. "Remember that only God can judge though. None of us know exactly what went down that weekend. Only they know the whole truth and it will be up to them to decide if they can get straight with it and whether they will want to continue as a couple. I can just be there if either of them need me."
The rapper, whose current single 'Kiss Me Through The Phone' is sitting pretty at No. 3 on Billboard's Hot 100 Charts, will be headlining a tour this summer.

I'm sick of people trying to save a violent criminal,
Chris Brown left Rihanna for dead ,if he wants to be gangster ,he has to do his time! Teaching children to be violent when solving problems ,is not the answer. I don't want to see Rihanna murdered by this
crazy guy.

Hey SouljaBoy! What exactly went down on that weekend, just hours before she was to make her Grammy appearance, was that Chris Brown beat the crap out of Rihanna and threatened to kill her for real this time. No doubt, he had beat her before, but never this badly, and he kept it in "private." "It's not like him at all. Not his nature," you say. He's 19 years old and yet has the gall to beat a woman down IN PUBLIC! I say it is very much his nature! It is a damn good thing "the couple's popularity has made it harder to go through such an ordeal in the public eye." Otherwise, she might very well be dead! If you don't want to violate the "brother" code by speaking out definitively against domestic violence/attempted murder, just keep your mouth shut!

I don't remember reading that she was beat to near-death. I mean he hit her face up pretty bad but "left for dead"??
I'm not sticking up for him... but I don't think the beating was that extreme...

No one knows what really happened that night but them no matter how much we want him to be innocent or guilty no one really knows. No one will ever know unless they sit down and do a show together talking about the happenings of that night.there is always two sides to a story and the news will always twist things to keep your attention. So I will pray for both and let God handle the rest.
