Hip-hop's most recent buzzworthy artists Asher Roth and Kid Cudi will take the stage at this weekend's Bamboozle Festival. Roth and Cudi will join No Doubt, Metro Station, Boys Like Girls and Third Eye Blind, to name a few, when the two-day fest takes over East Rutherford, New Jersey on May 2-3. Over 100 acts are set to take the stage at the event, which is currently in its seventh year.
In related news, Roth and Cudi will perform at the second annual "Roots Picnic" on June 6 in the hip-hop band's hometown of Philadelphia. Public Enemy, the Black Keys, Santigold, TV on the Radio and, of course, the legendary Roots crew will take the stage at Philly's Festival Pier.
Roth released his debut album 'Asleep in the Bread Aisle' on April 20 (4/20 -- aka the day all kush heads unite to celebrate cannabis). Cudi is set to release his much-anticipated debut 'Man on the Moon: The Guardian' in August.
