Former Clipse manager Anthony "Geezy" Gonzalez has been indicted for running a $10 million dollar a year drug ring. Federal documents state that Gonzalez allegedly ran the drug empire for 6 years, moving 100 pounds of cocaine and over a ton of marijuana through Hampton Roads, Virginia. According to the 82-count indictment, Gonzales and six other associates imported drugs from Panama, Florida, California and Arizona. They're accused of laundering millions of dollars through various business fronts, including the Clipse's booking agency, Soul Providers Management.
Legal documents state the defendants, "[made] themselves out to be music producers, rappers, entrepreneurs, club owners, clothing designers and other legitimate occupations in order to conceal the true source of their income."
The Clipse have not been directly mentioned in the charges and the Virginia Beach-bred brothers have yet to release a statement regarding the matter. The police are still searching for Gonzalez.
