Yung Joc Plans to Sue Diddy, Bad Boy for Unpaid Royalties

Yung Joc has a bone to pick with Diddy. The Atlanta-based rapper claims Bad Boy Records and Block Entertainment owe him unpaid royalties and advances from his first two projects. In a recent interview, Joc discussed his plans to file a lawsuit to clear up the contractual/financial issues.

"I haven't been paid any royalties since I've been out, after over a million albums sold," Joc explained. "For my first album, they gave me a $25,000 advance when I was supposed to get more...Then I had a million dollar budget for my second album, never even got an advance off of it. For the third one they hit me with another $25,000, like I'm some chump in this s---. And I just got tired of it."

Once hailed as Diddy's "new Mase," Joc is disappointed with the mogul's response to his gripes. "Diddy said he's got to stay out of it because it's between me and Block Entertainment," the rapper said. "I was never signed to Block Entertainment, but they've been interfering with a lot of my business. I feel like [Bad Boy] isn't doing anything to try to intervene and help the situation."

In the meantime, Joc is currently working on his third solo album, 'Mr. Robinson's Neighborhood,' which is due later this year. 'Mr. Robinson's Neighborhood' is set to feature appearances by Rick Ross, Gucci Mane and Bobby Valentino.
