Capo Jim Jones pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor assault and battery charge stemming from an altercation that took place between the rapper and the 17-year-old fan in March. Damion Johns claims Jones punched him in the face at a MTV Spring Break concert in Panama City, Fla. The teen admits to hitting Jones back, resulting in melee when Jones' bodyguards intervened. Unfortunately this incident isn't the only case Jones' attorneys will have to deal with in coming weeks. The rapper will return to court on June 4 to face another assault charge involving Ne-Yo's manager Jayvon Smith. Jones allegedly attacked Smith at the Fifth Avenue Louis Vuitton store in December.
Jones' fourth solo album, 'Pray IV Reign', is in stores now.
