T.I.'s The show will explore the subject of "two young women immersed in the craziness of the hip-hop world...striving to find inner-strength, peace and purpose."
Though Tiny was a Grammy Award-winning member of 90's R&B group Xscape, she is now best known for her relationship to T.I., who began serving a one-year prison sentence yesterday. The couple have two children together, and it has been rumored that they were married before T.I. left for prison, though his publicist publicly denied the rumors.
Meanwhile, Toya married Wayne on Valentine's day, 2004, when their daughter Reginae was 5 years old. The two were divorced two years later.
The two women are purportedly best friends, both living in Atlanta, seeking to be more than just "baby mamas to two of rap's biggest stars." According to BET's press release, "They are tired of being defined by others (in the shadow of their high-profile men) and are determined to rely on each other and the strength from within to find their purpose and build a brighter future for themselves and their families."
Sounds action-packed. At least Tiny has something to do with herself until Tip gets home.
