Usher is letting his divorce papers do the talking when it comes to his split from Tameka Foster-Raymond. According to court documents, the 30-year-old called the marriage "irretrievably broken," as he has not lived under the same roof as Foster-Raymond since July 2008. The divorce petition goes on to state that there is no "reasonable hope of reconciliation" between the two.Although Usher has yet to go into detail as to why he is divorcing, it is speculated that Foster-Raymond may have been unfaithful. The mother of five's lawyer Randall Kessler has not directly addressed the rumors but stated that the 38 year-old is a "faithful and loving mother." Kessler also said that his client loves her soon to be ex-husband and wants to keep the matter "as private as possible."
Only time will tell if the divorce proceedings will get nasty, but if they do Foster-Raymond has more than enough ammunition. Her lawyer Kessler, is known for his tenacity when it comes to family law. Per his firm's website, the company is well versed in handling high profile clientele noting that representing celebrities can be "twice as rewarding as it is challenging."
Some of Kessler's previous clients include former boxing heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield, and Milwaukee Bucks forward Jason Cafey. Kessler has also represented the ex-girlfriend's of rappers T.I. and Yung Joc in child support cases.
Usher and Foster-Raymond wed in 2007 in a private ceremony in Atlanta. The singer's mother was not in attendance. The Grammy winner is seeking joint custody of their two young sons, Usher Raymond V, 18 months, and Naviyd Eli Raymond, 6 months. The two are due in court July 15.

when ur mom has been there from the beginning...u have 2 take what she says with grave consdieration.u have 2 admit ur mom she isnt trying 2 hurt u but if she dont like the girl and feels sdtrongly enough to SAY so...thats pretty convincing that u need 2 take s step back, go off by yourself and do some soul searching. Is mom just trying 2 keep u 2 herself or does she see something that isnt right? Not saying u ALWAYS listen 2 mom BUT marriage is no joke.If she had really liked Tameka, she probably would have been a little less blatant abt her disapproval if it was more abt him not being ready then really not liking the woman.I think a part of him knew it wasnt right but being a stubborn young man, he had 2 do it HIS WAY...lesson learned! Now hes got an ex-wife/baby momma and his life will never b the same.
