The Game Claims King of Pop Tried to Mediate Beef With 50 Cent

The Game has been known to tell a tall tale or two, but his newest yarn takes the cake.

According to the Game, recently deceased pop legend Michael Jackson attempted to intercede during the height of the beef between 50 Cent and Game, calling the Compton rapper/fan in 2005 and offering to play "peacekeeper" between the feuding MC's.

"I was on tour in Canada, sitting in my room, cutting my hair," Game told MTV News. "I was messing my hair up. Then my road manager knocks on my door. Boom, boom, boom. He told me, I got MJ on the phone. I ran and snatched up the phone."

Game said that he was then introduced to Jackson by a British man, who conferenced the two artists together, so that Michael could express his admiration for Game's hit songs 'Hate It or Love It,' and 'How We Do.' The King of Pop went on to inquire about Game's children, before bringing up the budding rivalry between he and 50.

"He got to this one thing that makes me laugh, man." Game continued. "He said, 'I don't know how you're gonna feel about this, but I want to ask you something. I don't want you to judge me, but I don't really know everything that's going on between you and 50. But I want to be the middleman behind you putting this situation to bed.' "

Game has since described Michael's intended intervention in a new song called 'Better on the Other Side,' which features Diddy, Chris Brown, Boyz II Men and Mario Winans.

Whether or not the phone conversation actually occurred, it is a testament to Michael's legacy that these are the stories people tell about him after his death.

if you are not MJ why would your opinion or thoughts matter about something that is stated he attempted to do.

Game is known to lie and stretch the truth, so this story doesn't seem believable to me either! it's true...why would Mj take time outta his life to mediate this b.s.!? If anything, i could see him talking to 50 before game! lol (r.i.p mike)

Uuuummmm yeeeaaahhh...Riiightt. It happened only in Game's mind.
MJ could not have cared less about those two and whatever their supposed beef was, especially in 2005 when he was on trial for the most painful milestone of his life. Somebody please tell Monopoly, *clears throat* I mean 'The Game' to Sit the fukk down and STFU!
