I really dont know what to say about the child support situation.
I have one kid, never married.... I make about 36,000/yr and i was ordered to pay $700.00/month and half the doctor bills.
Im 27 and cant even afford to get an apartment of my own. If i get a part time job then she is goin to take half of that.. The child support systems isnt worth a crap and no matter what the man is goin to get the short end of the stick, when IT TAKES TO TANGO!!!!

Kelis needs 2 check her budget:shes probably spending hundreds on a hair, ani/peds, wardrobe, driving a lux car,etc. All this is fine if ur husband wants 2 foot the bill but when u divorce Gucci is no longer in ur future bc the Gucci was paid 4 by Nas!Now u get 2 shop Macys and remember where u came from.She wasnt born with silver spoon so a transition back 2 middle class life will not kill her.If she convinces some judge she needs more than $5000 a month..that judge ought 2 be shot with a sh*t gun in the face!Thats just plan ridiculous that they r fighting abt $ and the babys hasnt been born!If u want 2 work in an unstable industry like music and pop out a lot of kids, be prepared.The bottom could fall out at any time and it looks like it did!Financial responsibility is Kelis job as well as Nas.He can buy Prada bc he WORKED 4 it.His kids can wear it 2 bc if its good enough 4 daddy...Mommy? not so much.She has to prove she cant work and that shes trying 2 live on a reasonable budget.I cant wait til they revamp the fine print of divorce.Then some men & women wouldnt b so quick 2 marry 4 money and then try 2 bleed u dry in the divorce.If you didnt HELP earn it, it aint urs 2 claim! If he didnt ASK her to stay home, she cant ask 4 support when shes capable of working.She should have made hreself USEFUL and took part in managing his career and THEN she would have had a leg 2 stand on as far as EARNING her right 2 a portion of his income! Why didnt Nas file a prenumpt? This is depressing it makes you wanna just not get married. Everybody seems to wanna live the lifestyle that you gave them, but they wanna leave you? What the fu**. kelis is a sloppy gold digging whore who has little to no talent and got her sucess riding the coat tails of others, she is obviously taking liberties to live in morbid excess of luxury if that is not enough for her to live within reasonable means, and anyone who has had a newborn that is normally healthy would know it does NOT cost in anyway close to 5 grand a month.

Yes HE HE HE makes $147,165 per month. She makes women look bad. An average female works to support herself and children. Whos fault is it that she stopped focusing on her career and began to depend on him for everything. Things dont last forever. You should always have ur plan B. She shoulda kept up with her career like he did. He doesnt ask her for anything but yet she feels entitled to his money. This is why the average man will not help his kids mother after they are no longer together. No matter how Nas may word it he is right. $5000 is more than enough for a newborn. She doesnt have a job but thinks its not right that TI makes all this money and gives her $2000 a month. She wants more money eventhough he also pays for them to go to private school. Judge ordered him to pay her $3000 a month and continue to pay for their private school and she still not happy. Look at Diddys x. Shes smart she learned about the business from Diddy. Took it all in. She not with him now. Gets her child support but is also bringing in her own income. Women gotta be smart instead of Lazy.... Oh n in case ur wondering i am a female. My husband makes more than me, but im back in school that i can be at the same level or even higher than him and he is perfectly fine with me working to succed instead of depending only on him.
