The Game Under Investigation by UK Police

Compton rapper, The Game, has attracted considerable media attention over the past few weeks for his repeated verbal attacks against former Roc-A-Fella head and current Roc Nation CEO, Jay-Z, but after a July 15th incident at one of the stops on his current European tour, promoting his 'L.A.X.' album, the rapper also caught the attention of British police.

During last Wednesday's show at Liverpool's O2 Academy, authorities claim that a fan was assaulted by a member of the rapper's entourage. Reports say that a 21-year-old man maneuvered his way onto the stage hoping to snap a photo of the rapper, but instead found himself with a broken cheek bone after being struck by The Game's bodyguard.

U.K. police said that they have launched an investigation into the events of that night and after all the negative attention that has surrounded the tour, authorities elsewhere are making special preparations for The Game's arrival. Police in Rotorua, New Zealand are already primed for the rapper's August 15th appearance in the city, saying that they have set up a "special operation" to deal with the rapper's show at the Rotorua Sportsdrome.
