Kelis Misses Court Date to Give Birth to Baby

Kelis will have to postpone her scheduled hearing to argue with Nas over child support and prenatal expenses because she's currently in labor. The 'Milkshake' singer was scheduled to appear in court today but, according to TMZ, she's busy giving birth to her first child with her soon-to-be-ex husband Nas.

While we can't confirm if Nas is by her side, we do know the rapper has refused to cough up money to cover expenses related to the birth of their bundle of joy. The singer claims her rapper hubby has left her "high and dry" and Nas insists Kelis thinks he's worth much more than he actually banks. In any case ... Congrats!

I managed to have a child without tens of thousands of dollars a month and who did she think she married she seems to believe her husband is at the top of the game and not at the bottom his career peaked years ago and so did his income she left him and filed for divorce several thousand a month is good enough not someone whole yearly salary think about someone has to work all year to make 40-50k she wants that per month crazy

No one knows the whole story yet! I don't understand why y'all people putting down Nas like that without knowing the whole story! How do we know if Kelis was pregnant by someone else?! Find out all the facts first! Otherwise, shut the f**k up!

Nas is a dead beat dad!!! I read his First baby momma's book. She had to struggle while he spent money on himself and his friends. He didn't take responsiblity for his first child and I doubt it very seriously that he'll do right by this one !!!

What both of these people don't seem to know is that it will not be them but the judge that will make the final decision in the case as to custody, support, etc. if the child is his.
