#1) God's miracle of childbirth? No big deal, they just had sex and the natural process of pregnancy began. No miracle there. Animals do it every day, does that mean your hamburger was a miracle? Don't think so.

Finally, people screw everyday and thousands get preggers everyday. I am pretty sure that your god isn't responsible! It's the result of human desire. I am also pretty sure that there are many men who are drunks and not so nice to their significant others. Happens every day in every country. Three day labor? I would guess that the contractions started and stopped before turning into full labor contractions. All in all, this is not really news, just gossip. I do like gossip though!!

I wrote in my comments that I was in an abusive relationship. You are right when you say I don't know about your relationship. Some people are beyond change. Maybe in your case he does not deserve it. I do know that abuse is a cycle that needs to be stopped. I bet your ex was beat as a child just like mine was, and his father before that.Even after three times of anger management he still felt like I deserved it.I can not control what he says or does but I can control what I say and do. By letting him be there for the birth of our kids I believe it planted a seed to make him want to be a better person and a parent.He was not around when I was pregnant and did not support me either. I found a way to get past that and do what I believe to be the best for my children.I think that once I made up my mind not to fight with him and only focus on my kids best interest we learned to get along for the childrens sake. I don't think it is about what is right or wrong for you, it is about what is right for your children.He can not hurt them during supervised visits. It is important for you not to bad mouth him to your children because that will only hurt them. Be happy he does see them at all. He is the only father your children have. They can grow up and make their own opinon of him. Be the good guy in all this.There is no such thing as a perfect parent. It is not easy raising kids. It is important that they know they are loved by both parents. I am not saying that life is fair because it is not.I believe in carma. What comes around really does go around and everyone gets what they have coming, as sure as the sun will rise tommorow.It might not happen today or tommorow, sometimes it takes years but it does happen.You get to see your kids and be with them all the time. They are little for such a short time. Remember that when things get tough. Your kids will love you and respect you even more for protecting them.I am sure it hurts them enough that he misses visits. Don't say things to them like he only shows up half the time. You should be saying that I 'm sure something came up and I know he loves you a lot. What would have a greater impact on them. Not to mention his reaction when he does see tham. Mom says something must have come up for you not to see us. She says you love us a lot. That would give him more insentive to visit them the next time. It must give you a break when they see him. Honey always works best. God knows it is not fair to you. My wife has been an OB nurse for over 37 years. She actually laughed when she read this article. She said that in her 37+ years, she has NEVER seen anyone in labor for 3 days. They may have been having some irregular contractions, but would NEVER have been in actual labor for 3 days. If this had ever happened at her hospital (she works at a Level 3 hospital), the doctors would have gotten that baby out after the first 12 hours to prevent damage to the child. This is just a crock of s**t to get publicity.

OMG! Poor Kelis. I couldn't imagine going through that type of pain for that long. Luckily my labor was 28 minutes, no drugs! I was so lucky, I'll never do it again! lol
