"I'm so tomorrow," Jay-Z proclaims in the futuristic Timbaland-produced track, featuring Drizzy Drake. Hova breaks down that "making it rain," rocking Timbs and sipping Cristal are so yesterday and the MC is clearly looking forward.
Leaving the verses to Hova, Drake lends his vocals to the chorus. "Whatever you about to discover, we off that," the Toronto rapper/singer/actor professes on the chorus. "You about to tell her you love her, we off that/ Always wanna fight in the club, we off that/ But you can't bring the future back/ Y'all steady chasing the fame, we off that/ Oversized clothes and chains, we off that/ N----s still making it rain, we off that/ 'Cause you can't bring the future back."
Jay-Z takes some time in the second verse to slam the old-school ideals of popular conservatives and explain that he's so far past black versus white. "Please tell Bill O'Reilly to fall back," Jay raps. "Tell Rush Limbaugh to get off my balls, it's 2010, not 1864 ... Got a black president, got green presidents/ Blueprint's in my white iPod, black diamonds in my Jesus piece, my God."
In other Hova news, the rapper released the video for his latest single, 'Run This Town,' off his upcoming 'Blueprint 3' album.
