T-Pain Sued for Unpaid Child Support

Auto-tune aficionado T-Pain is being sued for unpaid child support for one of his four children. Rumor has it the Tallahassee-native fathered a two-year-old child out of wedlock with a woman named Elisa Hood. He met with his lawyer last week to hash out payment details.

Per the unreleased court documents, T-Pain offered Hood $500 per month in support. She apparently denied the offer from the rapper, who banked a reported $15 million last year. Although T-Pain has yet to substantiate any litigation claims, the two are said to be heading to court at a later date.

In addition to the child, T-Pain has three other children with his wife of six years, Angel. The rapper turned "sanga" has been very vocal about his love for both his wife and children, and is often seen proudly sporting his wedding ring. His 2005 single 'I'm Sprung,' was dedicated to Angel and the couple currently lives together in Atlanta.

In an ironic case of life imitating art, T-Pain is featured on the aptly-titled Young Cash song 'I Support Single Mothers.'

why won't TMZ or Oprah interview her?? this is the kind of story that should be on ET...because you know he told his wife some crazy story of it only happening ONE TIME... she should hear the other woman's side of the story.

lol, somewhat true but, have you ever known a man to be honest when he's about to get some? we have no idea what he promised this girl in the heat of the moment and he knew he was married-HE has a wife-and that still did not make him pull out or use protection. more than likely he told her a bunch of sweet lies. unless they had sex more than once, then it would take supreme calculation of her ovulation cycle to pinpoint the day could conceive. HOWEVER, the pill is free at the health dept if you cant afford!

r u serious? daycare alone is $400... this man has 40 cars!!!!! if he were any kind of decent man she wouldn't even have to sue him. are you saying that a man can give his child almost nothing while he buys so many cars he can't even drive them all?? TPain is a disgrace and so are all the men like him who don't stick around and help raise their kids, which is worth more than any amount of money.

This entire situation is wrong! First of all people have overlooked the fact of his apparent infidelity, which is at the core of this situation. It's becoming the accepted thing. Had he been faithful to his wife in the beginning, he wouldn't be going through this. Secondly, the OW had a great deal of responsibility in this because of her greed in trying to live in someone else's life, probably due to her own insecurities. I agree that the child support amount he offered her was too low and unfair. Some reasonable amount should be agreed upon. He gets what he deserves. Do the crime, do the time! The wife and all of the children(including this one)are the only ones I feel sorry for.

The topic was his 500 hundred dollar "child support" payment or lack of. Infidelity is not that issue at hand but you are definately right He is dead wrong for cheating but there is life after cheating if both parties are willing to seek guiandance and consueling. I am also a little annoyed with people saying this chic doesn't deserve anything and blah, blah, blah...it's not about her never was never will be it's about a MAN (whether married, single, creeping, filty rich , working class or poor) aiding in the support of a innocent child who did not ask to be born. Alot of you are just haters and ignorant due to ur own closed mindedness(idk if thats how u spell it). My daughter's father and I were 2gether 11 years and we seprated not because of infidelity but because sometimes people fall out of love but the point im tryin to make is he helps not because i took him to court but because he is a MAN... and if he made more $$$$ ur dam right he waould pay more. I make roughly 53,000 a yr and I'm getting close to 12,000 a year and this chic is getting half that ....Does that math seem right to u??? lol...It shouldn't... And I doubt she just wanted to get pregnant from T=Pain that guy is not so easy on the eyes... and if she did that their bussiness not ours. Everyone should fall back and evaulate the situation for what it is reagardless of who the MANor what his profession is. Just pay up, IT'S THE RIGHT THING TO DO!!! Ok bye!!! lol
