Just one month after giving birth to her first child, word has it that singer Jennifer Hudson is set to become an aunt. According to reports, the Grammy winner's sister, Julia, is pregnant with her second child.

This news comes following a multitude of family tragedy last year, as Julia's seven-year-old son Julius was murdered alongside her mother and older brother. "She's about four months along," a family source said. "When Julia found out, she called Jennifer right away. They're both ecstatic. They know they can never replace Julian, but this new baby has brought the family a lot of joy.

"Jennifer and Julia compare notes," said the source of the siblings' relationship "They're closer than ever!"

The American Idol alum never publicly confirmed her pregnancy in the media. She and fiancee David Ontunga welcomed their son David Danile Otunga Jr. on August 10. No word yet on when the couple plan to wed.

Both Hudson and her sister have kept a low profile following the gruesome murders. Julia's ex-husband, William Balfour, was later charged with shooting all three of her family members. After shooting Darnell Donerson and her son, Jason, Balfour is believed to have abducted young Julian before leaving his body in the backseat of an SUV on Chicago's West Side.
