Auto-tune emperor T-Pain, who recently dissed Jay-Z and released his own iPhone application, is preparing to make his acting debut on the Fox comedy, 'Brothers.'
The producer/singer will appear alongside former New York Giant Michael Strahan and actor Daryl "Chill" Mitchell, playing a broke, destitute T-Pain, who meets the two "brothers" at their family restaurant.
While the appearance marks Pain's network television debut as an actor, he's contributed vocals to Adult Swim cartoon 'Aqua Teen Hunger Force,' playing the role of Frylock, and has previously appeared on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show,' where he taught the dancin' host how to use his beloved Auto-tune software to crank out hits.
Pain's debut airs on Oct. 9 at 8PM.
