While R&B star Usher was busy penning his new single 'Papers,' his soon-to-be ex-wife Tameka Foster-Raymond claims that he is the one slowing down the process. According to reports, the Grammy-winner has yet to sign the divorce papers."Tameka thinks that it's ironic that 'Papers' is his comeback single when she just wants him to sign the paperwork and finalize the divorce," said a source close to Foster. "The terms and conditions have been agreed on for around a month but he keeps stalling on them and she's the one that wants to move on with her life."
The 30-year-old released the single earlier this week, in which he candidly expresses the effects of his now dilapidated marriage. "I done damn near lost my mama," Usher croons. "I done been through so much drama/ I done turned into the man I never thought I'd never be/I'm ready to sign them papers."
Usher and Foster-Raymond were married in 2007. Since tying the knot the two were riddled with rumors of a possible split leading up to the announcement of their divorce in June. The couple shares two young sons, Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Eli Raymond. Usher is currently readying the release of his forthcoming album 'Raymond vs. Raymond.'
