Diddy Blames Whitney, Bobby for His Reluctance to Marry

Diddy recently revealed that Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston's failed marriage is a reason for his own reluctance to finally tie the knot.

"I rocks with Whitney, but I don't like the way she threw Bobby under the bus, though," he explained during an appearance on the syndicated radio show Big Boy's Neighborhood. "I mean if we're going to be smoking crack together, even though we shouldn't have did it, we did it. You can't throw one under the bus," Diddy explained.

Host Big Boy remarked that Houston blamed her behavior on Brown when she should have taken responsibility for her own mistakes. The couple has recently gone through a bitter divorce, with both parties pointing the finger at each other. Houston is poised to recapture some of her international super-stardom in the music world and distancing herself from her well-documented troubles while married to Brown is no doubt part of the comeback plan.

Diddy has been romantically linked to on- and off-again girlfriend Kim Porter for many years and shares three children with her, including twins D'lila Star and Jessie James. Diddy also fathered a child by another woman in 1997 and rumors continue to circulate about his personal relationship with developing R&B artist Cassie, who is part of his Bad Boy Entertainment roster.

In a rare moment of vulnerability, Diddy went on to express his true fear of commitment. "That's just the way it is in relationships. It's so sad because you be so cool with people, and then to see how it could get like that," he said. "That's also one of the reasons I haven't been married. That disappointment, I don't want to feel that."

Big Boy concluded by taking a poke at the millionaire mogul, asking, "So, you haven't got married because Bobby and Whitney smoked cracked together?"

"That's one of the reasons!" Diddy joked.
