Rihanna is rolling out bits and pieces of her upcoming album, 'Rated R,' and the next obvious offering is her album cover. The grainy, black and white cover is noticeably tamer than the art for her controversial new single 'Russian Roulette.' On the 'Rated R' cover, shot by famed photographer Ellen von Unwerth, Rihanna opted to show less skin, and skip the barb wire. "Rihanna was looking to create something a bit new for the look of the album," Unwerth told PopEater. Adding that the pop/R&B was "very involved in every aspect of the shoot, and ready to push the boundaries."
'Rated R' is set to hit stores and online retailers on November 23.
