According to reports, rapper Lil Wayne and R&B singer Nivea celebrated the birth of their first son this past weekend. Wayne now has four children, including a son with actress Lauren London, who was born in September.
While Wayne was proudly present at the births of his three previous children, he allegedly missed the most recent one with Nivea, as he was spending time with singer Shanell, an artist on his Young Money label, with whom he is said to be involved. Wayne also has a 10-year-old daughter, Reginae, with Toya Carter, star of BETs Tiny & Toya reality show. He is currently awaiting sentencing on a gun charge in NYC, for which he is excpected to receive a year in prison.
The child is Nivea's fourth as well, as she has three kids with producer The Dream, who is now married to singer Christina Milian (oh, what a tangled web we weave). Wayne's long-delayed "rock" album, ' The Rebirth,' is scheduled to hit stores Dec. 15, coinciding with the release of his Young Money compilation, 'We Are Young Money,' which features Drake, Nikki Minaj, Shanell and more.
