Just a year after releasing her third solo album 'I Am ... Sasha Fierce,' Beyonce has announced plans to begin work on her next project. During the last U.K. stop of her 'I Am...' tour in Nottingham, the R&B/pop megastar revealed plans to release another album in 2010.
