In addition to scoring six Top 20 singles in the past two years, Flo Rida can also add a Grammy nomination to his list of accomplishments. The Miami rapper earned himself a Grammy nod for Best Rap Album of the Year, for his album 'R.O.O.T.S,' which was released in March of 2009. Now, after cementing his position in the industry, Flo Rida has partnered with the Grammy Foundation to promote a concert event billed to raise money for breast cancer awareness. The Miami rapper took the stage with Brit band The Ting Tings, to perform at Pittsburgh B-94's Winter Blast event on last night (Dec. 7) in an effort to raise awareness for women under 40-years-old in the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania area.All profits from the event will be donated to Pittsburgh's Glimmer of Hope Foundation, which has raised millions of dollars for breast cancer research to date.
