Domestic violence is at an all-time high amongst celebrities right now and former B2K member J-Boog now has a seat on the disgrace roster. The 24-year-old-singer, born Jarell Damonte Houston, was arrested on Jan. 4 at his Los Angeles home following an alleged altercation with his fiancee and mother of his three children. According to TMZ, Houston was charged with "corporal punishment on a spouse," and for outstanding warrants relating to a bad driving record. Neighbors in the area said they heard screaming coming from J Boog's residence earlier in the day and when the police were finally called, six or seven squad cars arrived on the scene. Authorities reportedly stayed at the location for close to an hour. J-Boog is currently being held on $66,000 bail.
As a member of B2K from 2001-2004, J-Boog -- along with the group members Omarion, Raz-B and Lil Fizz -- enjoyed success from a host of hit singles including 'Bump Bump Bump' and also appeared in the hit dance movie 'You Got Served.'
