Bow Wow Forces Mom to Delete Twitter Page

Cash Money rapper Bow Wow is a Twitter fanatic, but there's one person he doesn't want on the social networking site: his mom.

"Making my mother delete her Twitter account NOW," Bow tweeted after his mother, Teresa Caldwell, made a comment about how cute her ex-boyfriend was. Caldwell also posted a few comments on relationships before responding to her 22-year-old son. "Bow u should never try to stop a person from saying inspirational words," she wrote. "God want[s] us to spread his words and help each other."

Fed up when she would not comply, Bow decided to call in the big guns. "Delete your account or I'm deleting mine, and my fans are going to be mad at you," he threatened. Clearly, his demands fell on deaf ears because his account is still very much in full effect.

This isn't the first time Bow has used his Twitter account to address one of his parents. Last year he wrote a scathing message to his father. "As bad as I wanna say FU -- my pops, I'm not [going to] think negatively, " he wrote. "So happy pop's day to all [the] fathers out there. Mine is [probably] drunk [some where]."

Despite their playful banter we're sure the two still maintain a close relationship, even if Bow has to monitor his mom's Twitter page from now on.

Just Bow Wow's "Gansta Rappa" mentality shining through. It is sad how people can actually think that someone who portrays Rappers as anything but an INMATE. Rap started in Jail and it has nothing to do with the "Black Experience" or Afro-American slice of culture in America. What it is, is the idiot lifestyle of the Jailhouse seeping out and staining everything and the marketing jackasses that bought off on this crap and then shoveled down our's and our children's throats in a media blitz to make everyone think it's cool and if you are against it then you must be a racist (of course that "racist thing" works pretty good for a lot of things). Grow up pepople and stop being SHEEP and Mamma Bow Wow, try being a parent and kicking your son's lame ass up around his shoulders, he is way over due!

Just wondering if Bow Wow was taking care of his Mother. My son's enjoy me being on facebook and myspace, but we are two different people. Bow Wow's Mom and I are from different walks in life. But with that said, is she posting things that would embarrass him? If not lighten up Bow Wow and don't threaten your Mom with your fan's being mad at here because you deleted you facebook.

I think its pretty f'd up that he talks to his mother that way... I'm sure back when he was gettin ripped in the backside by his bodygaurd he wasn't talkin that crap to his mother then!!!! Its pretty damn sad that he think's because he is this superstar that he can talk to his mother like she's beneathe him. If I was his mother I would show him who the real boss is... This kid needs to grow up and act his age not like a child that can treat people any old kind of way!!!

Ok when should any one son or not have the right to tell someone they cannot Tweet or do any social networking. Where does one draw the line does he tell her what she can wear ... what she can eat...may even tell her where she is allowed to go ... Pick her friends... This is a sad state of affairs when one feels his fame gives him the right to control people. The community in which gave him this fame should stand up and be heard and show him his place. Then when he has no fans no one purchasing his product then maybe he can take a long hard look at values are in life and I don't mean how much money you make there are somethings money just cannot buy.

Both my parents are on Facebook. But the worst is my older sister, who feels it's OK to tell me that she doesn't like me cursing or airing my business on my page. HELLO! It's MY page! If anyone doesn't like it, they can defriend me and I put that disclaimer front and center in my profile!
