California rapper Crooked I has announced plans to launch an entertainment company called the Nothing But Music Entertainment Group, that will specialize in management, marketing, image consulting and digital video/film/music distribution. NBM will be a joint venture between Crooked, the CEO, Kim "Coniyac" P and business manager Shawndel "Jazzy D" Rosa. "Coniyac, Jazzy and I have put together one of the most powerful new music production company's based in the West," Crooked said in a recent statement. "And we all possess the tools to make a dynamic impact in the industry."
The entertainment company's goal is to provide artist development and music consultation based upon its founder's combined experience. Coniyac was once signed to Snoop Dogg's DoggHouse imprint, while Jazzy D is the president of Blu Division Music Group and manages rapper Glasses Malone.
"Our mission at NBM is to provide excellent and unsurpassed management representation for musical artists and producers," said Jazzy D. "We feel that such representation is lacking overall in the music industry and we are out to make a difference by giving our roster of artists the best guidance possible through our committed staff."
NBM is currently hard at work organizing various showcases and industry conferences. For more information, click here .
