Soulja Boy's been a busy boy. The 19-year-old, who has a new album on the way, recently boasted about producing tracks for Kanye West, Jamie Foxx, Snoop Dogg and Gucci Mane. But aside from music, Soulja has a cartoon in the works and now he's announced that he has received a book deal. Though reports are vague thus far, Soulja Boy, born DeAndre Way, posted a picture of the book's alleged cover on Twitter recently. Titled 'Teenage Millionaire,' Soulja's first attempt for the New York Times Best-Seller book list will be released on June 28, 2010, to coincide with the release of his third release, 'The DeAndre Way.'
There is no word as to whether it will be an autobiography, a self-help book, or financial guide a la Soulja Boy's homey 50 Cent's '50 Laws of Power,' but we're sure the young rapper/producer's fans will eat it up.
"My album 'The DeAndre Way' will come out on July 28 so mark your calendars," Soulja Boy said in a recent interview, wherein he also discussed his forthcoming cartoon. "It's my third album and it's going to be my best and biggest album ever. All of my fans are going to love it. I also have a cartoon still in the works. The episodes are still being completed. It should be released simultaneously with my third album."
