Kanye West Flips Out Over First Class Snafu

Kanye WestHere we go again. According to Page Six, Kanye West -- no stranger to throwing an imposing adult temper tantrum -- flipped out at Los Angeles' LAX airport when he and his assistant were placed in business class instead of first. A witness told Page Six that West, who was on his way back to New York after recording the 'We Are the World' remake, "wanted to be bumped up" and eventually got his way. Makes sense.

Prior to his alleged airport conniption (not to be confused with 2008's altercation with a paparazzi), West joined more than eighty of today's biggest stars at the Jim Henson Studio and Soundstage in Hollywood, the site of the 1985 'We Are the World' recording. Penned and produced by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie, the original 'We Are the World' featured Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, Paul Simon, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan and Ray Charles. The remake boasts a contemporary cast of characters with Snoop Dogg, LL Cool J, Lil Wayne, T-Pain, Drake, Swizz Beatz, Kid Cudi and more.

'We Are the World - 25 for Haiti' will premier during the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics Opening Ceremonies on Feb. 12, with all proceeds going towards Haitian earthquake relief efforts.

Kanye wasn't raised by wolves. He was down to earth and a decent person up until his mom died and there was no one to keep him grounded

I agree that he has been off his rocker since his mom's death. He has a lot of anger built up in him and I hope he gets some help before he destroys himself or someone else destroys him. He is a tragedy waiting to happen.

"I feel bad that people believe this kind of stuff or any random rumor that is taken as fact because 'it's on the internet.' This rumor is particularly ironic because I was actually happy with a business class seat and was offered a seat in first class. A friend of mine was sitting in coach so asked if they could bump him up to business instead of putting me in first. There was absolutely no altercation in any way. There's been many a time where I've given someone in coach my business or first class seat in order to sit next to a friend I bumped into. I really could care less about where I sit on the plane. It's hard to deal with the rumors sometimes. As a good person with a warm heart, it does bother me. I'm not bigger than feeling pain, embarrassment, stress and worry. Have you ever been lied on??? How does it make you feel??? You wanna tell everybody it's not true right? Thank you to all my fans who still love and support me even though it's not the trend right now! I'm sleeping in the studio and I won't let you guys down!" - K. West - kanyeuniversecity.com

He would get more respect if he started acting more respectfully. Mistakes are made, and we know he has made some himself! And if he stopped shooting his mouth off when it is inappropriate, people may stop thinking he was a fool.
