The wait is over! R. Kelly has announced plans to release 15 new chapters of his epic R&B soap opera, 'Trapped in the Closet.' The multi-platinum selling singer began his work on the saga in 2005, and recorded 22 chapters, in which he stars and sings. In the years that followed R. Kelly released two studio albums and worked with Michael Jackson before the pop star's untimely death, but now will be releasing the additional 'Trapped in the Closet' chapters, provided the fans are interested. In the video, which you can view after the jump, Kelly charges fans to respond as to whether they really want him to release the new chapters. "I just finished up 15 more chapters but before I start releasing this stuff, I need to know if this is what you guys want from me," Kelly said. "Y'all let me know, because I'm ready."
The first 22 chapters of 'Trapped in the Closet' can be viewed here. Too bad they don't make Emmy Awards for this kind of stuff.
