I actually like all those MC's but Bahamadia and Lady Bug don't even fit your own criteria: "Amount of dope music given". Really, how many dope songs can you name by LadyBug or Bahamadia?
I would have to vote for Lil Kim-- strictly on the fact that she covers all your criteria plus she created the lane as the sexy street rapper. Her lyrics weren't the best but they were definitely more memorable than either of the aforementioned, and her lyrics fit the genre and style of rap that she preached. And she is still relevant today--while none of the mc's are.
Also we gotta give kudos to RAGE-- on the strength of her song Afro Puffs and appearances on Dre's and Snoop's classic albums, she made an impact of sheer ferociousness that has never been rivaled by any other female mc.
So My List is:
1. Lauryn Hill
2. Mc Lyte
3. Lil Kim
4. Eve
5. Rage

Respect his list, although there were two MCs that I never heard of.

My top 5 would be.
1. McLyte, I have to agree with Toure, her voice
2. DaBrat, her delivery and flow is just sick
3. Queen Latifah, I'm still bumping Black Hand Side
4. Eve- She's just raw and her swagger,
5. Lil Kim -nobody else could have done what she did for as a female rapper. She is the true Queen B.
