Fashion magazine Marie Claire issued an apology to singer Mary J. Blige for falsely reporting that she was pregnant with her first child. The UK arm of the magazine congratulated Blige and her husband Kendu Isaacs on the pregnancy, before actually confirming the news. "In the May issue of Marie Claire, we erroneously reported that Mary J. Blige is expecting a baby with her husband this summer," they wrote on their website. "This is not the case and we apologize for any upset or offense this may have caused."Rumors of a Blige being with-child have come and gone in the years since her marriage to Isaacs in 2003. In a recent interview with The Insider, the 39-year-old native revealed her thoughts on having children. "I think I'm going to have children," she said. "But it's not something that I have planned. But if it happens, I'm not going to get rid of my baby." For now Blige is a step-mom to Isaacs's three children from a previous relationship.
